  • Assess and address cervical, shoulder girdle, thoracic, rib cage, abdominal, pelvic girdle, and lower extremity mobility using safe, externally applied techniques
  • Apply pelvic girdle and coccyx assessment strategies to guide positioning, movement correction, and stabilization for daily activities
  • Build confidence supporting pubic symphysis dysfunction using load transfer testing and movement-based intervention
  • Practice hip, knee, ankle, and foot mobility strategies that translate directly to walking, transfers, floor mobility, and caregiving tasks
  • Observe and coach foundational movement patterns such as squat, hinge, push, pull, and rotation with appropriate precautions for Cesarean birth and perineal healing
  • Integrate breathing, core coordination, and movement efficiency across functional positions including supine, prone, sitting, standing, and quadruped
  • Learn how to adapt movement and positioning for real-world environments including hospital rooms, homes, and early postpartum settings
  • Strengthen clinical reasoning skills through guided case discussion focused on functional priorities and early intervention decision-making
  • Leave with practical tools you can use immediately to support safe mobility, task participation, and recovery during the perinatal period.
